Is nutella healthy ?

Or is it more of a junk food ?

Answer #1

no, but i’ve heard it tastes great.

Answer #2

it’s basicly a richer, creamier, more chocolately version of penut butter…so i’d say no…not really.

Answer #3

Yes, it’s a semi-healthier alternative to chocolate. It gives you that chocolate sensation, but it’s healthier(: &it tastes amazing!

Answer #4

Compared to what? You can do better or worse. Nutella is a spread made with hazlenuts, skim milk, and cocoa. I never tasted it until I went to Europe but I always found it to be too sweet for my tastes.

Answer #5

I’ll stick with dark chocolate. Packed full of antioxitants, lowers blood pressure, good for your heart, fights depression, and tastes great. My doctor recommends eating 1 to 2 oz of dark chocolate every day. She recommends 85% cocoa but chocolate over 70% is too bitter for me.

Answer #6

I would definately say it’s a junk food. It’s comparable to dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is a junk food but it is loaded with antioxidants which are great for your system. So if you were to have nutella in moderation sure it would be ok but there is a lot of sugar in it.

Answer #7

okay thanks:D

Answer #8

if chocolate is fattening enough already then what more would it be if it’s chocolate + corn syrup
