I am very active and play many sports, so I am hopeing I can help you:

First you need to find out what you can and cant do. I would start with the basics= -Run a mile and time yourself/see how far you can run with out tiring out -Stretch to see where you are in the flexibility levels -See how many pull ups or push ups you can do -test yourself in reaction -throw a baseball or softball

Record your status in these simple thing then make another list containing all sports you would be interested in.

Next, go through all the sports and your basic data to compare them. Think hard about what you need to be strong in for certain sports. EX: Cross Country= Running/stamina, flexibility, strength

Once you have gone through all the list and crossed out some sports you will find what you will most likely be best at.
