Is it normal for it to hurt when you use tampons?

ive used them for awhile but it always hurts for a couple minutes after i put it in.. is that normal?!

It might be the way you put it in, try putting it at an angle nxt time.

It only hurts for me because of my bad cramps but maybe you’re putting it in at an angle that hurts you. Are you inserting it at an angle pointing towards your back?

it dosent hurt for me i think its the way u put it on or if its not that u can wear pads those wont hurt

No, it is not normal for a tampon to hurt. When it’s inserted correctly, you shouldn’t even feel that it’s there. When putting in a tampon, you need to slide the applicator in until your fingers touch your body, then push the tampon inside. When you’re doing this, it should slide in easily, it shouldn’t hurt and it shouldn’t have to be forced. If either of these factors are happening, then you’re probably doing it wrong. Try to find a position that works best for you, some women put their leg up on the toilet seat, while others sit down or just squat. Do what works best for you. best of luck! :)
