Nitrogen molecule types

are liquid nitrogen molecules and nitrogen molecules the same? if possible can you provide a pitcure of them or a site link thnx

Answer #1

im not sure if they’re the same but there definatly arranged differently alhtough im sure you know that

Answer #2

yes they are the same. just gas particles of course are moving faster. liquid nitrogen is very cold. in order for it to stay a liquid it has to be contain somewhere or in something cold. when liquid nitrogen is in room temperature it evaporates quick statis. it looks similar to dry ice sublimation (solid to gas). if you poor liquid nitrogen out on a slick floor like at school it will shoot across the floor but look only like gas. http://education.jlab.org/qa/liquidnitrogen_01.html
