How do I take the next step?

So this is the way I see things when it comes to relationships. First you date around find someone you would like to get to know better. After you find that person you get into a relationship with them and you call each other boyfriend and girlfriend. See what is going on, and how you feel about taking things seriously. Get into a serious relationship when you say you love each other. OKay so after that happens then what? If someone is head over heals in love then how do they go about showing there partner? I know if one person isn't in love and the other one is then you have to get out of the relationship because it's not going to work out!! But how do you find out if the other person feels the same way? You can't just ask them!! I'm the one that is head over heels in love, and could see us spending the rest of our lives together. Yet I know they love me, but I don't know if they're on the same level as me………. understand? Thanks

theres no way to tell, thats the problem in most relationships. See if theyd do certain things for you as youd do for them ask them for a suprise and see if they know you well, then you know theyre paying attention or not
