What do you do when you're nervous and your stomach starts to hurt?

I’m nervous about doing something and my friends told me it’s nothing to worry about..but I just think about and I either cringe or I feel sick to my stomach like everything I ate would come up :/ Not sure how to stimulate but I calm myself by taking slow and easy breaths, stretch and try to not think about it, but I still have a nervous feeling. Helpp? :/

Anything you do that relaxes you. Read a book, take a walk, take a shower, if you do crafts do a craft.Just simply find a way to keep your mind off whatever it is that you’re going to do.

I would take a walk, to calm myself too hot outside for that ;3 But ok, I suppose reading a book would also work. Thanks c;

If I find a place to be alone, I usually start to feel better. That could work for you. Also drinking something cool, closing your eyes, deep inhale, screaming into a pillow.
