What are some good snacks with low salt?

Okay I have high blood preassure and cant eat salty foods. Does anyone know a good snack that does not invovle so much salt(except chips, nuts, crackers)

I like oranges and bananas the best because they are the least messy and you peel them so you don’t have to wash them.

I can only tell to eat nuts mix and match adifferent kinds of nuts they are healthy and at the same time salty and taste nice . avoid chips and olives , you are allowed to eat some crackers

yeah but not as much as chips and olives . dont forget chips are very unhealthy , dont eat big amounts of crackers though you can have 2 or 3
