How do I lose 30-40-50 pounds Until august so thats like what 5monthhss??

Hi, Looks like you need to get down to 145 - 150lbs to get into the healthy range.

Dont forget that you need to tone up at the same time though.

The best way is to lose no more than a couple of pounds per week and once you reach your target weight, you need to ammend your diet slightly to keep it off.
