Along with those, I’d guess substance abuse problems… perhaps sexual disorders?

If you have access to journals, or any of these books…

I got the abstract for this one… Silver, Amy; Surawy, Christina; Sanders, Diana. Physical illness and disability. Bennett-Levy, James (Ed); Butler, Gillian (Ed); Fennell, Melanie (Ed); Hackman, Ann (Ed); Mueller, Martina (Ed); et al. (2004). Oxford guide to behavioural experiments in cognitive therapy. (pp. 310-327). xxi, 461 pp. New York, NY, US: Oxford University Press. (from the chapter) This chapter covers conditions in which physical health and ability to function are compromised. Physical illness and disability impact on many aspects of life, and adjustment may be difficult. The authors include problems resulting from diagnosable medical diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and multiple sclerosis, difficulties following surgery, and the complex mental and physical interactions that occur in conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome and irritable bowel syndrome for which no medical cause can be found. From the wide range of potentially relevant conditions, they have selected commonly encountered difficulties, in order to clarify issues and principles that can be generalized to other physical problems. Psychological difficulties such as anxiety and depression are common among people with physical health problems and can be understood using current cognitive models. The meanings attached to being ill or disabled can affect mood and self-worth, leading to unhelpful coping strategies and safety behaviours. Behavioural experiments can be used to test out unhelpful cognitions, and to build up support for new ideas. Some people have no access to alternative interpretations. Discovery experiments can help them to identify alternative perspectives, to be tested and strengthened through further experiments. In this chapter, the authors describe a range of experiments designed to tackle the themes identified above.

Answer #3

I would assume depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, social disorder.
