Navel piercing help?

Is it possible that the piercer when piercing thru your fresh accidentally poked the intestines inside and caused some side effect like gastro reflux?

No…the intestines are too far inside for that to happen, and if you did manage to perforate an intestine, it wouldn’t cause a reflux…it would cause your body to poison itself.
