what are some good natural laxatives?

Besides prunes or prune juice

Answer #1

-Ginger. -Raw veggies high on fiber like garlic, onion, cabbage, broccoli artichoke. -Flax seeds, olive oil, hemp. - they have Omega-3 -Seeds and nuts like chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds. -Beans. -Green leafy vegetables like spinach, spirulina, arugula. -Psyllium husk - I find this works rather well for me, I found a baggie of the stuff at an asian supermarket and you just stir a teaspoon it into any drink or smoothie. Try a health food store. You can also get metamucil whose main ingredient is psyllium husk.

;o I would seriously try the psyllium husk if you are already eating lots of veggies, which from your lunch/dinner posts it seems you do eat. It really helped me tons ;o it’s the only thing that’s helped me actually haha, I have always had plenty of problems when it comes to bowels and stomach.
