Is it nasty to use the same hand towel to dry your hands for a week before washing it?

Do you think that is normal, or nasty? How often should you wash hand towels?

Answer #1

Yes I’m sorry but that is nasty to keep rubbin ur hands on a bacteria infested towel

Answer #2

If the towel is only being used after you wash your hands then a week is fine. Your drying your clean hands on the towel. Just be sure its in an airy area so that the dampness doesnt cause bacteria. Washing it once a week is perfectly fine though, most people dont change their hand towels daily.

Answer #3

That’s how I feel.

Answer #4

I don’t see a problem with it, because you’re washing your hands, and just using the towel to dry off your hands.

Answer #5

If your just using the towel to dry your hands then it should be fine , it`s better than waisting paper whipes.

Answer #6

How often do you do laundry, then? I strongly doubt you use a new towel every time.

Answer #7

How is it bacteria infested if you’re only touching it with clean hands?

Answer #8

I wash my towels, sheets, blankets every week. I dont see how it’s a big deal. The only thing I dont like is people using kitchen towels to clean counters and their hands. That’s just gross.

Answer #9

Because like mandy loo said if its in to moist of an area, which all my bathrooms seem to be, then they will be bacteria infested, I change my towels every 2 day, so that 3 times per week
