Mysterious 12 digit numbers calling my cellphone
On October 8th, I got a phone call from a 12 digit number.
The number is “912-223-68*“
They had an accent, and asked for someone (I can’t remember the name) I told them they had the wrong number and I hung up. I didn’t think much of it.
Today, I get a call from another 12 digit number
“912-223-67*“
The same accent (kind of an indian accent) asking for “Leo”
Can you tell me where the calls are coming from or just any information?
Well the # you are getting is from India(Mum) as I m from Mum I know the local code, I m not sure, but I guess the person must have wrongly dialed your # .
your number most likely was used by someone else before and the people calling just think that is still their number
I got this phone 10 months ago, and I just started getting these calls this month.
with the whole number, I could do a track to see who it belongs to. with what you provided, I can tell you it’s a verizon customer in brunswick, ga.
When I first got my cell phone and my new number I had the same problem. They were wrong numbers and hangup all asking for some guy named Joe. After like a year or soo these calls seemed to stop. Like hraven said, I think the number was once used by someone else. When these people get the idea that your number isn’t being used by the other person anymore I think the calls will stop.
