How to get to my goal weight?

I am 5’9 and I think I weigh about 155lbs. I am disabled now I use a wheelchair to get around. Where I want loose weight most if my stomach. I workout at least 3 times a week, I am trying to get back to my normal habit of working out 5 times a week in the gym. If I don’t workout at the gym I usually stretch myself out at home. Can you please give me advice on what I can do to get my stomach somewhat smaller than what it is now, and what should be my average weight please. My goal weight is 120lbs but I was 120lbs at one time and I didn’t feel myself, so my goal weight now is 130lbs.

im 5’5 and weight about 135. your weight is normal for being 5’9. but I have a little tummy too, and I find that crunches work best. you can still do them too. im not sure he exact state of your condition, but you can have someone hold your feet down while you do the crunches.

Well… currently you are at your average weight right now for your height. Usually to make your stomach smaller or to tone it up you have to do ab exercises along with cardio. Because of your disability I’m not sure what kind of cardio you can do and what you can’t do. Swimming is good to slim down, if you are capable. your weight is perfect 120 is WAY to skinny!!! and so is 130 for your height!! in 5’5 and 165 and I lok so frickin good you shud be happi with how you r gain sum weight and you will want to be the size you r now lol

start eating right and get a trainner or professional her so you don’t hurt your self.!!! :)
