How to upload something from Paint to here?

I am having trouble trying to take me pic from paint to this and upload it .. can someone tell me how

yeah its kinda easy! ok so if its on Paint go to save as in the file section and save it as jpeg or something like that- it shud be a choice on the last line closets to the bottom! than save it under “my pictures” and than upload it…if you need help funmail me!
