my period is late but preg test is negative???

okaaay… so my period was due last tues… I had sex like three wks ago… I thot I was preg because I’ve never been this late and took a preg test yest.. came out “not pregnant” the thing had two and I took the other one this morning first thing and same thing came out… and I dont know but im totally not even feeling any cramps yet… whats the longest you ladies have been late??? because im still a little worried..

I’d wait a week then take another test- not the cheapest one… All pregnancy tests pick up the growth hormone but they all have differnt levels of where it can detect it… Your body may not have produced enough yet to have shown on a test… I’m not suggesting buying the most expensive one either… But don’t use the $2 ones… Sometimes they aren’t acurate right away. You can get false negatives so I’d definatly wait a week… It took my body Like almost 3 weeks past my expected period date to show on a test- I had been using the cheaper brands and they all said negative until I took an ept one. And within seconds I got a positive. So it was just more sensitive to my levels. If you get to be more than a month late -then go to your dr for a blood test. Good luck!!

if youve taken to tests you should be ok, but maybe if you still dont have your period in one week do anotha test or go to your doctor and they will also do a blood test which will determine whether you are or not

Yeah it is very hard for a pregnancy test to miss signs of a baby.
