Spotting and negative pregnancy test

I am sexualy active with my boyfriend. I started my period febuary 23 then on march 12th I had the light pink spotting for that day now I havent had my period this month yet I am 6 days late and I took a blood pregnancy test on the 27th and it came back negitive. and I am having stomach cramps, headaces,and lower back pain. can someone tell me whats going on with me

well dont panick I still get spotting and I’ve been having sex for over a year with my boyfriend some times you get a tiny laceration thats it but most pregnancy test dont show your preg for two weeks after you miss your period so wait a llil bit and take another one there usualy more accurate after a week or two good luck
