My lip burns

Vaseline will work, kind of slimy and greasy. you could try Carmex, its made for cold sores but works well for chapped lips too. States on the container for several different uses. {=

I use this stuff called Blistex it feels great on dry chapped bleeding lips! It makes them coldand feel great. It comes in a little squeeze tube!

Try Blistex lip medex ! its great, I tried it, and I NEVER got dry lips or chapped lips again. It feels all minty & tingly on your lips [ a good thing] .. You can get it at zellers, or shoppers drug mart .. for like $2.00 .. Hope it helps =)

Mine have been the same lately because of the dry weather, someone told me to put Vaseline (ointment) on them and it’s helped a bunch.

There could be different reasons for dry lips. First, do you drink enough liquids during the day (and evening)? Second, is there something in your diet this might make you dehydrate, although you consume a good amount of liquids (say, lots of caffeine)? Third, if you aren’t getting good sleep, there’s a chance that what might have been a little bit of dry, chapped, hurting lips, got worse. Fourth, did you “go down” on a person, without being aware of that person’s sexual history (is there a chance you caught something from oral sex???). Fifth, do you consume large amounts of salts and/or sugars - such that you lick your lips quite frequently, thereby taking away the moisture - can cut back on the salty and/or sugar-laden foods, requiring less licking of the lips, thereby helping you to retain more moisture)?
