My height doesn't match my weight, answers?

I am about 5”4 in height and I weigh about 103 lbs. I have a small body frame so I thought my weight was normal until I checked the chart. Even for someone my size the chart read I was underwieght. I don’t have any kind of eating disorder nor do I think I’m fat. I eat normally and do a regular amount of exercise. I just can’t seem to gain the ideal weight of 5”4. Should I be worried?

nah no one is perfect height and weight it no biggie as long as you feel good thats all that matters

Answer #3

you really shouldn’t worry, it’s not like you’re starving yourself. I’m 5’10” and weigh like 127, which is still slightly underweight, but it fluctuates so that one week I’ll be underweight and the next I’ll be normal. as long as you’re comfortable with yourself, than there’s no reason to worry
