My dog is limping why?

My dog is a four year old jack russel terrier and he is kinda limping he walks with a strait leg but limps with a strait leg and when he is not walking it is bent he is not squeaking or crying so I guess it is not hurting him that bad but I still want to know what is wrong

Jack Russels are prone to developing arthritis and other bone and joint problems. The best thing to do would be to call your vet and set up an appointment. It may not look as if he is hurting, but animals have a much higher pain tolerance than humans. They usually don’t show pain unless it is absolutely unbearable. Sam

Well, the only REAL way to know absolutely what is wrong is take him to the Vet…if you can or want to, make a check of his pads…between his toes, and his toe nails…the muscles that run up his leg…and the joints…to see if you can see anything wrong (cuts, ripped toe nails, swelling, heat, etc), or if he reacts to pressure…
