my cat is preagnant and mean help me !

well my cat is pregnant and usually they are suppose to be sweet once becoming pregnant and wheni touch her stomach she seems like it hurts her and that she doensnt want anyone to come in contact wth her stomach. what do I do and is this normal

its because of her children…no matter what, even in the womb, they don’t like people touching their kids

Who ever told you that?

Cats are not so different from people in this aspect…some embrace pregnancy, others feel miserable the whole term. It sounds like your cat is not enjoying her pregnancy. She probably feels generally unwell and it’s making her cranky.

Just let her be. Stroke her on the head if she’ll let you, but don’t touch her belly - she’s going to be very protective of her young.

my cat is pregnant too and when I touch her stomach, she either bites me or scraches me…I think it either hurts because there is no room for the kitties and your touching it and squishing them in…is she big?

I don’t know much about animals, but I am guessing that she is just being protective of her young and is scared that if you touch it you will harm it. I wouldn’t say that it’s strange, most animals are protective of their young. I would just leave her to get on with it and give her attention without touching her stomach.
