Don’t worry, cats take a long time in labour, you don’t need to worry honey, stay calm :) MISS FF

Has she started pushing?

The labour can be long - 10 hours is not unheard of, but if that’s how long she’s been panting and pushing you need to take her to a vet.

There’s nothing you can do but let nature take it’s course.
