It all depends on what your comfortable with. How many sets do you do and how many reps per set? You know what you should do is get the “perfect pushup” they give you a thing with the sets you should do and everything. It works good, I bet you’d like it

and the crunches, the same thing I’d say. You can look up all kinds of diet plans for different things depending on whether your trying to get bulk or get lean or whatever your goals may be.

If you want to diet - just stick to simple things:

-Only drink water -No fried foods - only grilled or baked -Eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones -LOTS of protein if your trying to build muscle

Answer #11

Answer #12

Answer #13

Answer #14

I get very less time to do exercise but I still manage to do it everyday…please tell me a exercise which can help me in a very short time

Answer #15

Short time as in a little bit a day or short time as in what? You can’t gain muscle fast. It takes time for muscles to repair. you gotta give it rest. try no to work the same muscle everyday. give the muscles 48 hours of rest so they repair properly. so one day to push ups and sit ups pull ups, next day do curls and shoulder workouts and leg extensions or calf workouts. gotta work top and bottom man. do a lot of research online about home workouts. get a duffle bad and throw all kinds of stuff in it and curl it or put in on your stomache when you do sit ups to make it more intense

Answer #16

The idea that weight lifting can stunt growth comes from the fact that the growth plates at the end of bones can be damaged lifting weights because they are not as strong as they will be when the person is done growing.

Young people doing strength training should not lift heavy, they should stick to lighter weights and more repetitions. Also, careful attention should be given to form; jerking weights is less effective for building strength but stresses bones, ligaments, and joints more than controlled movements.
