Answer #1

She needs to call the Domestic Help Line or At leats the Police. Theyll Discuss the options she has towards moving out.

Answer #2

depending on where you live, she can leave.

if not, she can get married.

or a domestic partnership.

or she can get pregnant…

i know it’s not great help, but they are the only things i know of that are legal.

I turn 17 in january and want to move out of my moms house the week after. im not being abused or anything bad but I do get treated poorly sometimes. I already have a place to stay and im going to finish school and have a job. is this legal without their permission as long as they know where I will be at?

Answer #4

I wish you all luck I’ve been in an borderline abusive relationship with my dad for almost 11 years since I was 6. its not abuse yet but I fear it soon will take a horribly wrong turn. I hope for my families sake it doesn’t.

Answer #5

okay, the whole get married or get pregnant options are both stupid, like mrscobainx3 said, call the domestic help line and in case you don’t know it the number is 1 800 368 6498, so if she is getting abused call there, other than that, there is nothing I can stay, I too am trying to get out of my house, my parents are ** who just called my girlfriend a scant ( which means a skank ss slut) that I am never going to stay with her and that I should break up with her just so I can save my own life and go with “god”.whatever, well tell your friend that Curtis Sargent says good luck.

I am 15 and I am not always abused but when I am it doesnt leave a bad mark. How can I move out? I have a place to stay but its in another state. I live in PA if that helps.

Answer #7

If she’s still classed as a minor she needs to confide in someone she trusts who can get her help or child care services or the police. And i wouldn’t suggest that living with someone or being pregnant or getting married as an option.
