My arm hurts when I jack him off. HELP!?

if he really cares about you then a little break or even stopping wont kill him. if he cares then he’ll care if its hurting you.

Stop and give your arm a break. When resting your arm, use your mouth.

You can change hands; move around a little; or if you were lying down, sitting up or kneeling beside him to do it works, because it uses a different set of muscles in your arm. Plus, you can slow down halfway if your arms really hurt, it’ll get him less excited, but the ‘break’ will only add to his buildup if done well, and he can get a better orgasm out of it.
