My ankle hurts like crazy

I have a horse show on Sunday and my ankle hurts when ever I move it. I’ve broken, fractured, and sprained thing before so I know it’s not broken or fractured, but it hurts really bad. Is there anything that I can do to make it better by Sunday. I have to compete in this show.

you probably havent goten it treated properly, and it hasnt healed itself buy yourself an ankle brace its likely that its not going to go away, so go to the doctors but the barce will make sure that nothing happens to it and it wont get in the way of what you wear your shoes should fit over it
