Does the music people listen to affect our skin/acne?

not really, since music is just an invisible object. So no it does not.

No. Though a lifestyle that is connected to a certain type of music can be causing skin or even health problems.

Someone who will, for example, visit large festivals regularly, drink heavily and not get enough sleep there, nor be able to keep up hygiene standards while camping on a ground with 10000 folks and only 100 portable chem toilets… may have obvious health problems afterwards.

Someone who will adapt to a musical style where a lot of almost white makeup with drawn black eye-rings is mandatory might get skin problems.

If it is usual for people who listen to a certain music to meet at the seashores and go surfing at every opportunity, the sea air and sea water might actually improve their skin.

Yet the music itself will do neither good nor harm.

I don’t think so. In fact it sounds pretty silly and a bit weird to believe sound, an invisible substance, can cause acne or affect it or whatever. What, like heavy metal is going to cause a break-out! lol…

I don’t think so but stress can do a little with not helping ur skin heal I think and it is mostly food that affects ur skin. :)
