I have recently just lost 80lbs. I did this through a change of diet, porportion and exercise. I was pretty strict on myslef as far as diet wise…only whole grains or whole wheat…no real sugar only substitutes…no junk etc. And I exercised from 3-5 days a week. But my point is that now that I am not losing anymore weight, I have fallen off my diet for about a week or so now and I am very concerned that I have sabataged any and all of my sucess thus far. As anyone who has had weight problems may know is that food is like a drug and I beleive that I have fallen into my old habbits. I have still been exercising, but do you think that from this weakness I have had lately with my diet that I will gain my weight back or any at all? How can I stop these bad cravings agian??? Im so nervous and dissappointed in myself!

You just temporarily fell off ‘TDT’ - The diet treadmill - so get off the floor and get back on !! - you did it before, you can do it again !!…I expect to see less of you in the future !

DO NOT be dissapointed in urself at all!!! I mean 80 lbs!! WOW!!! so just try to have willpower and eat when you should, things like that. So still exercise.

hey it happens, everyone falls off the wagon. But you have not sabataged anything yet. Set a regroup date, make it soon, within a week. Charge yourself up, and then when that date hits, attack your problems with a vengence

I recon yuur just having a bad week or two… Yuuve lost loads so well done! just make sure that yuu have no unhealthy food in the house (if possible) and if there are other people in yuur household that are eating unhealthy then ask them that yuu need there help (hopefully there begin to like the food) I think that all made sence lol x
