Moving-only senior year left!
My mom wants to move across the country! And all I have left is my senior year, I spent 3 years sucking up to these teachers and now I have to start all over. I really dont enjoy having to make all new friends in another state for one year… If we would have stayed here I would have been valedictorian, but no. But whats really bothering me is that my parents don’t trust me- im not allowed to have a boyfriend or a myspace, but I have both. I’m not breaking up with my b/f either and yea I know long distance doesnt work but I cant let my mom take him away to… Help!!!
Maybe you should persuade her that you just HAVE to finish the last year. I am a mother of two, one a Freshman, and the other a 5th grader. Give her reasons why you need to finish it at your high school, and I am sure she’ll understand!!
What is the reason for your move? Then you should try to find an answer in your city. But, if you really do have to move, you’ll have to adjust. Best advice for you, honey!!
