Move into brother in laws house without parental concent?

Im 13, and I dont get along with my mom at all. I live in worcester county in massachusetts. We fight way to often. Shes 53. I was talking to my nephews parents and they were wondering on if I could mmove in there, because my mom has a drinking history and when she drinks shes horrible. Is there any way I would be able to move in there, my nephew is older then me by 10 months. His parents are in their 30s, well his step mom and and his real dad. Is there any way its possible? The good news is that there is. There are 2 ways to do it, the legal way and the illegal way. See here is the thing either it becomes an agreement between your mom and the parents you want to move in with (this would be the illegal way) or you could go to court with the people that you want to represent you ( the people you want to live with) and you could tell the jude that your mom verbaly abuses u (which means fights, screams yells etc.) and that she is a compulsive drinker. The route can get very tough becuase it will ruin your relationship with your mom forever. last summer my mom was being just really mean to me well not mean but just kinda forgot about me and I am an only child. she divorced my dad (who is such a nice guy, and he is finacially verry verry well off) to mary a billionaire who happens to be on forbes 400(richest men in the world) and I think the money got to her headd so I stayed with my uncle for a month in the summer to cool off some steam and it helped!!! maybe you should just try that! hope I helped :)
