Looking to lose weight/tone up

If I burn approx 500 cal per day with exercise, how many calories should I be consuming? Right now if you subtract my exercise cals its always under 1000, I barely even get to 1200 (excluding exercise) but I am trying, I just dont want to eat too much and gain weight.

I have quaker weight control oatmeal for breakfast with coffee (nonfat milk and 2 splenda)

I cut up half an apple and put it in tuna in a wrap for lunch (no mayo or anything)

Usually the same for dinner

I’ll usually have an apple or two in between there somewhere for snacks

Today I had kellogg’s shredded wheat in addition to my oatmeal, because everyone keeps telling me to up my cals or I wont lose weight. But I didnt get to have ‘breakfast’ til noon, so I didnt eat lunch. Im up to 600 cals already (its 1:30) and havent worked out yet.

Any advice for what I should be doing? Was eating cereal with the oatmeal a bad idea and just bad calories? Im so bad at this lol

dude are you crazy your 5’6 and your weight is 115 to 117 your fine the way you are … you get skinnier and you’ll be anorexic…
