How do I keep my mind busy?
How do I keep my mind busy and not think about my ex all the time? my ex says she loves me and wants me to get better (I have depression) and said once I get better we’ll talk about us.. but I worry about everything and last night on her a social site said “hanging out with Cj <3) should I be concerned with the heart next to it also?
I dont know what to do anymore
wel in my opinion, if your ex loved you she wud have stayed by your side until your through the depression. and I wud just try an move on, when I was geting over my ex,I made myself go out with my friends, and I always kept busy 2 keep my mind off things go out wid your friends, party do what ever you have 2 do 2 make you happy agen, gud luk xx o an as for the heart next 2 the name cj, 4get about it an I fink you shud 4get about her gud luk xx
I was in a similar situation. I love my ex for 3 years. it caused me a fear now to fall in love. I found it hard to accept guys now. though, we made up. still friends. I was trying my best to stay a clear line from him. now, I am getting better. you have to learn to love. forget and move on.. you deserve a better life ahead.
try doing things for yourself… things that make you happy. Think about all those things that make you better person. Don’t care about your ex or if he is with someone else. You need to grow up as an individual before you can grow as a couple so focus on you. Try doing excersice maybe some yoga, it will make you conscient of your body and mind…its so helpful… if your ex is the one for you, he will return, if not, the right one will appear when you are as plenty as you can be. Give love ..always! ;)
