Milk and Cheese!!! ^_^

Okay, Is there like two diffferent types of Lactose and Tolerant??? Cause some people tell me there is, and some tell me there isn’t. I know that it makes you gassy, but it doesn’t make me gassy. I get sick, like throwing up everywhere and migraines and temporarily blind, and the only thing that will help is sleep. I don’t drink it or eat it any more so don’t tell me I shouldn’t, I just want to know if I’m lactose and tolerant or not.

Answer #1

There is lactose intolerance, and there is allergy to milk protein. One is lactose intolerance, and one is not.

Temporary blindness is not a symptom of either- get yourself checked by a professional.

Answer #2

“Lactose Intolerant”

Although there are different levels and severity, some symptoms include: Abdominal cramps Bloating Flatulence Weight loss Malnutrition Slow growth Abdominal distention Diarrhea Floating stools Foul-smelling stools

What you are describing does not sound like lactose intolerance.

Best see a doctor…there could be something you are eating that is triggering migraines (which would also explain vomitting and temporary blindness).

Answer #3

I have a condition called PKU. I can have no more than 8g of protein per day which is like 2 slices of white bread. I cannot eat: bread milk fish meat crisps pasta xxx

xxxPasta-I have specially made pasta and have to have 4 protein shakes after every meal. I’m lactose intolerant.
