Will I loose weight if I stop eating red meat?

I agree with Disneyworld. Red meat won’t exactly help you lose weight, but if you eat it you’ll most probably gain weight. It’s quite a fatty food.

It depends on what you replace the red meat with. If you replace the red meat with other rich fattening foods than you probably won’t loose weight.. Cheese often has more calories than beef. If you replace the red meat with whole grains, legumes, and vegetables prepared in a healthy way than you may loose some weight and will no doubt be healthier.

You do need some red meat to balance your diet. Pasta is also good but you have to be working hard to get the benifits. Potatoes are one of the best ways to get tons of energy, but they have to be fresh, otherwise youre losing a lot of the nutritional value. As with the pasta you have to work to get the benefits.

No! You would loose more weight eating red meat and cutting out carbs like pasta and potatoes. Just make sure the meat isnt fatty, or cut any fat off. and always grill instaed of frying. if your serious about losing weight try slimming world I followed the diet and lost over half a stone in the first 2 weeks. plus you get an eating plan to follow so you dont have to worry about what you should or shouldnt eat :)

I would replace the red meat with either soy beans, almonds, oranges, berries ( strawberries or blueberries), or sweet potatoes. it’s said that those foods can actually help you lose weight!!
