mcdonalds or wendys?

my friends say that mcdonalds are gross, and makes you get fat, but it is fast food and so is wendys. What should I do? I like both of them!!!

they will both make you fat if you weat too much because there food is full of fat but along with exerscise and a healthy diet junk food is okay to eat so feel free to eat whatevere one you like you really dont need to stop eating soemthing just because a friend sys “omg no youll get fat!” because they can both make you fat

you can still continuing visiting both places…just order more healthy meals if possible…say for example, instead of a Big Mac settle for a grilled chicken burger :)

im assuming Wendy’s is similar to ours over here, the ice cream palour??. if so, instead of having two scopes of ice cream with all the yummy topplings, like chocolate etc, just have one scope minus the rest.

They both make you fat if that’s all you eat.

It’s fine to indulge in some fast food now and again, as long as your diet doesn’t revolve around it.

man, I dont eat anything unless its organic, non geneticaly modified and never been in a slaughter house so first hand I wouldnt know, but my bro likes wendy’s a lot. If your into that kinda thing, just moderate, nothin wrong with a burger every now and then if thats what your into but everyday would be a bad idea, there was a study done that proved wendy’s to be slightly healthier then mcdonalds but not by much. As for worrying about fat, fast foods are the best for that, as well as heart disease, so yeah,if your worring about getting fat, best idea is to stay away.
