Masturbation is a healthy and natural thing. God will not be angry at you for doing it. The only thing that you should worry about is that you are doing it in appropriate places. If you are alone in your bedroom, that is no big deal. If you are masturbating in public places, or around other people, then you may want to talk to a professional about your behavior.

But, if you (like every other normal person) masturbate in the privacy of your own home, then ENJOY yourself.

well, if its and addiction and you don’t want to see a speacialtist about it then try doing it less. So lets say you do it two times a day everyday. Then try it once a day and once you are comfortable with that then do it once every other day, then once a day every two days, so on and so forth. I quit masturbating..it first made me feel good bt great then id feel so guilty and ashamed..so I set my mind to it and quit..when I get horny I try and do smthing else..and always keeping myself occupied…whn you feel like doing it do around people and chat fam,frnds any and hopefully it will get your mind of it..it your used to masturbating a lot you better start by doing it at least once a week or twice..then itll just go..I was mast. for almost a year and nw thank god no more and btw ( masturbation is forbidden by god and despised by men ) !!! god put minds in us all !
