MASTER CLEANSE DIET

Im thinking about trying the master cleanse diet (Cayenne pepper,lemonjuice and mable syrup diet) and was wondering if anyone has tried this and been successful?and if so do they have any tip on going threw with the diet and what are the side effects of it?

I’ve done lots of research on different diets and here’s the best most natural advice. Your body is an amazing machine. The kidneys and live and cleanse your body just fine naturally. When you eat you need to eat lots of healthy nutritious foods. Eat lots of dark green vegetables, becuase they have the most nutrition in them. Stuff like celery is mostly water and fiber (which is still good for you, but still doesn’t contain vitamins and minerals).

I don’t know about this specific diet, but most “cleanse’ diets are not good for you, and result in you mostly losing water weight if anything. When you’re trying to lose weigh, use common sense, not trendy diets. Feel free to contact me with more adbvice, I like helping people lead healthy lives!

I’ve done it a few times but I never made it to the prescribed 10 days. The longest I’ve lasted was 7. The time I made it to 7 I no doubt would have made it to 10 except we went to this party at one of my Indian friends house and the home made Indian food was just too good for me to pass up.

I think that the theory behind master cleanser is bogus but there is something about this fast that makes it easier to stick to than others I’ve tried.

The lemonade you make with lemons, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper looks terrible; it looks like rusty brackish water. It actually tastes pretty good though. The cayenne gives it a nice edge to it.

Some stars (Beyonce was one) have lost a lot of weight with this regimen but like any fast it is very stressful on your body so you shouldn’t even consider it without a checkup to make sure you are healthy enough to handle it.
