I get mad at my self a lot. I dont no how to deel with problomes.I start all the fights always between me and my boyfriend.I had a bad past befour and I am letting it to hert me now.I keep living in the past.what can I do to get over it.

Girl the past is the past you have let it go, yeah it hurts but its over and done with and theres nothing you can do to change it. Im Sorry, about what ever has hurt you in the past, but you just have to let it go. Start life over, live freely, let yourself express more of what you fell in words instead of action, keep a notebook, thats what I did, and I read back and cry more because I know that pain is still there and it will be there forever, but after I cry I feel a heck of a whole lot better. Hope I have helped!

might be hormones or your just an emotional person, its nothing to worrie about as im the same i had a bad past and ever since i been so emotional and i dont show my feelings so when i find things get hard i get really upset and emotional x
