Getting cold easily
I have this thing every time and get really cold really easily in every season. not just one. I don’t know why? and I have skiny arms which I hate, and im only 105 pounds. I do workout and I cant even barly flex! so I really have know idea why I get so cold everytime. I hate it! I’ve lived with it for soo long and I need some answers please!
Its possible you have such a thing called season disorder or something like that. Its when you take really bad to cold. I was reading about it and the man that had it had to move to Spain every winter!
