What eye makeup will bring out blue eyes?

I have blue eyes. What color eyeshadow should I wear that will bring out my eyes? Should I wear eyeliner or not, and what color, just black? Should I also wear mascara? I don’t want my make up way out there, I want it more natural, but I just want to bring out my eyes. What would be a good look for me?

Any help would be great

Thanks!!

I have blue eyes and I suggest a nice soft pink on the lid, and in the middle try a grey or soft brown and on top finish with a nice dusty white with plenty of shimmer. As for the eyeliner, go softly all around the eye but go under the lashes on top not on top, it gives a nice bright look, but still natural.

*Be sure to use a light pink not a hot pink for a natual look.

I hope you try and enjoy my suggestion =]

I have blue eyes too and my mom told me that diff shades of brown really bring them out hope that helps=]

Answer #4

okay so I have blue eyes and I used a greyish blue eye shadow and got a lot of compliments on my eyes that day and also when I use black and silver eye shadow they stand out more. Wearing blue clothing would also help your eyes stand out mine are like a blue-greyish color though so if that helps cause I ALWAYS get told I have great eyes so that make up tip should work for you(:

I Have blue eyes, and I wear a dark drown eye shadow with black eyeline on the top and bottom of my eyes, with black mascarea. I find if you put eye liner on the bottom it makes your eyes pop and looks great. enjoy

Answer #6

I have blue eyes and I use a shimmery brown and black eyeliner and mascara. When you use the mascara, take the brush and start at the base and wriggle it up for more volume this kind of draws attention to your eyes and only put a little bit of eyeliner on the bottom. Your makeup will still look natural, but it will make yor eye color more noticeable.

Answer #7

Try gold eye shadow on the lid then a dark brow in the crease and then a really shimmery white all the way to your brow, with brown eyeliner and brown mascara but only on the tops lashes because if you but it on the bottom your eyes look smaller. Or for some color put a light peach shade on the eye lid then a blue-ish green in the crease then a shimmery white with black eyeliner on top and bottom with black mascara.

-hope you like my ideas(:

I have blue eyes too!

first to make your yes pop a little take a brown or black eye liner and put it on the top and bottom of your eyes..,,,then take a nice dark color (like a dark brown) and put it on above your lashes on your eye lids..,, then take a medium color (like a grey) and put it just above the dark color..,, then take a nice light color (like a pretty pink) and put it just below your eye brows..,, this makes it go from a dark color to a medium color to a light color

the reason I chose a dark brown a medium gray and a light pink is because these colors make blue eye look stunning

I hope my suggestion works for you ;)

Hey! I have green eyes, but I do alot of make-up work on my friends! First take a pale whitish shade and outliner unerneath your eyebrow ‘cause it will make you look perky and birght (lol) Blend it in so that the lines arent obvious. Try browns and greens. Decide on three shades of the colour you use, and start with filling above your eyelid in a very light shade, then fill your lid with the medium shade, working carefully around the edges, and finish it with a dark streak of the chosen colour on the inner corner of your eye and the outer corner.

lmao how sad am i? lol.

i hope that was a help even though i gavew a massive lesson on putting mae-up on when you didnt ask about that

Greens and Browns (Y)

Dear blondie33, I also have blue eyes…for me the colour that brings it out the most is like a terra cotta colour or a grayish blue colour; putting it just lightly along the lid close to the lashes and slightly along the crease of the eye. I like to line my upper eyelid with black and a coat of mascara also in black, curling them first opens the eye up. If I am going out for the night I will darken the eye shadow and line the entire eye but just with a very soft line and maybe an extra coat of mascara. I do believe the most natural look is with no liner a soft coat of mascara for job interviews and school. Another tip is to only line the top lid and only mascara on the top lashes…looks very attractive. Hope this helps some. Sue….good luck
