Make up tips to bring out the blue in my eyes?

I have dark green eyes with dark blue around the outside and a tiny bit of blue in the eyes.My eyes mainly look green. Are there any make up tips that can help bring the blue at more so that they look more blue as oppose to green. Also, are there an eye drops that can help with this? By the way, I have fair-skin and blonde/browny hair.

eyedrops wont help blue eyeliner/mascara/eyeshadow will bring the blue out also a few blue items of clothing like a logo on a top, a belt, and shoelaces for example

Grey blue eyeshadow would work (not the 1980’s blue) , but you can also help with what you are wearing. If you wear a beautiful shade of blue it will pick up the blue in your eyes. Good luck.

The quickest why would be to get some contacts.But,if you want to use makeup.You could use some blue eyeliner.Black could possibly work but,nothing to light colored that would just bring out the green more so.
