Lower stomach fat

How do I lose that lower stomach fat? I tried krunches and sit-ups and I eat pretty healthy. I even do a lot of cardio. People say you just need to exercize and eat healthy, but it’s not really working. Any ideas…please!!! Thanks

situps and crunches don’t help if you have fat covering your stomach muscles, in fact, they can actually bulk you there, making your stomach appear larger. you sound like you have the same problem I do (having kids stretched me out to gargantuan proportions and now I have all this extra skin and loose pockets of fat that won’t go anywhere no matter what I do - so now I have these beautifully sculpted and THIN arms, shoulders, legs, and butt, but I have a flabby stomach). what really helped me initially was cutting my sugar intake drastically, and only consuming those sugars naturally found in foods like fruits and milk, however, that only helped my flabby stomach problem SOME. my final solution is going to have to be a tummy tuck. hurts to say it, but yeah, if your physique is anything like mine, that may be your final solution too.
