How to lose my lower stomach fat

I really, really, really, really, really… Need help to lose lots of inches on my lower stomach, or “pouch.” I tried this one exsersize where I lay on the floor and lift up my legs, but so far, it hasn’t showed much results. sit-ups and crunches don’t work either. I really want to be able to feel comfortable in a bikini this summer. Does anyone have any exersizes I can do?? (I do cardio and I eat pretty healthy) Is it possible that it might just be skin? Please,please, please!!!

Its possible. But did you see the thing on tv with the ball? get that I have it an it works WONDERS I got 4 inches smaller in two weeks with lot of workouts

sorry to say that I have the same prob… the only way I have ever ever ever been able to get rid of it is to cut trans fat and saturated fats completely out of my diet… and sugar. read the nutritional info and things high in protein and high in fiber(more that 3 grams, very little sugar!) are ideal. CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO!!! you have to get rid of the fat on top of the muscle. crunches will never get rid of that fat! just run it off!

If you sit on a computer or in a chair hunched over a lot that can give your that “pouch” look that you are talking about. Lay on the floor on your stomach and stretch your back up, putting your hands on the floor and rising your upper body off the ground. Do this when you are just sitting there watching TV and reading a magzine or whatever you are going where you have room to lay down. It will help to elongate your abdominal muscles, also you might want to try yoga or pilates. That helped with me.
