Losing weight/toning?

I really want to lose weight/tone my body. I want to lose as much as I can in 2 weeks. What can I do? how much would I lose?

Well, you could try jogging/running… But do it slowly, it’s about the time you run, not the speed (you’ll burn out too fast). And 2 weeks, I don’t know, not much. Also, you should change your diet, less fat, etc…

Things you could do are- use skim milk & sweeteners in hot drinks make water your only type of drink and drink plenty if you are a fan of fizzy drink switch to the diet kinds swim run do yoga/pilates to tone cycle walk to/from work/school cut out all of the fatty/sugary foods from your diet dont starve yourself- consume the calories you need each day (adult women around 5 foot-5 foot 5 trying to lose weight need about 1,500 calories a day- more if you are physically active) dont eat less than 3 hours before you go to bed housework and gardening are good calorie burners I think you could lose 2 or 3 pound sin that amount of time, much greater loss could be dangerous for your body.

well I had 2 weeks before school started to fit into my jeans.haha,and I woke up every morning at 7 and when on a jog about a mile down my road.and then I’d come home and ride the bike we have and then do teh weight machine, and I’d repeat that in the evening but run for about 2 and a half miles with my sister. It worked for me it toned down my sides and legs and some of my waste.and I pretty much lived on salad,fruits,water and green tea for the 2 weeks.hoep this helps :)

nutrition is important for everyone, no trans fat especially or saturated fat, unsaturated is good for you just stik to da daily recommended value and Carbs are good 4 u, they don’t cause obesity. Don’t deprive u’r self of food at least 1400 calories a day, u’r body will slow down metabolism with lack of food. BAD. Run a couple times a week 2 keep u’r cardio up. And do circuit training if you can cus this is most important, very light weight training if u’r a lady with minimal rest, u’ll love it. Take it from a personal trainer
