What is a diet plan that will work?

I go to the gym almost everyday, and I am somewhat dieting. I eat healthy anyways really, only a couple cookies here and there sort of thing. But it doesnt seem to be working too well, does anyone know of a diet plan that would work a lot better than just eating low-fat foods?

It isn’t just what you eat but when you eat. Many people exercise on an empty stomach believing that the body will use fat as energy. However, if the body has no fuel in the tank it takes the next quickest source - muscle.

Make sure you are eating high protein foods from soy and nuts. Atkinson had the right idea with higher protein intake but from the wrong source. Animal meat has too much fat in it and is unhealthy. Try eating 6 small meals a day which are low in saturated fats, calories and animal fats which having plenty of protein. Be sure to eat before and after you exercise. And you can have your cookies, just have them in moderation and not all at once. A lot of sugar at once give you a spike in your insulin which can tell your body to store fat.

Many people have areas on their body which are resistant to diet and exercise and need a little help from things like Smartlipo. I work out often and eat right but my body holds fat on my love handles and lower abs. I can do all the crunches in the world and the fat remains. So I figured I’d give my efforts a little boost with the latest body shaping technology known as Smartlipo. I go in for it next week. That’s also an option when you get down to your target weight to shape up any areas resistant to diet and exercise. You can see more on:

I recommend frozen yogurt: It tastes exactly like ice cream (try it even if you don’t like yogurt!!!)
