How to forget about food?

The least I’ve weighed is 125lbs, but now I’m up to 160lbs, and I hate it, how can I forget about food once and for all??!!

well what really helps is not eating aFTER A certain time. like I dont eat after 8pm. Because it takes a couple of hours to digest food. And because I know I wll go to sleep and I dont need the energy wich is why we eat. just doing that will help shed a couple of pounds. Besides on your pic you dont look like a person who has a weight problem

If you want to loose weight, forgetting food is not the answer.

It’s getting on a healthy diet, and controlling your portions. Instead of 3 large meals a day, with lots of snacking- change it to 6 small meals, with light healthy snacking. Cut out soda and fast food from your diet completely. Also give your self some physical exercise about 4 times a week.

“Forgetting food” will actually make you gain weight. Your body will store anything that it can get when you are not eating, and store it as fat, because it is in starvation mode. With 6 small meals a day, you keep your metabolism running at a normal pace!

well first you need to think about food! taking it out of your body isnt really going to make you loose weight, its what you put in it that will! if your eating healthy then you should be fine, exercising reguarly helps too but dont forget about food, think about it!
