im 15 years old girl and wanna lose weight

,.how can I lose the weight I gained 1 year ago??..,because 1 year ago im only 45 kilograms and 5’3 in height but now im already 53 kilograms and still 5’3 in height. I think my weight gain is one of the reason I didnt grew anymore..,its a very big problem for me..,I really want to be back my originall weight..,I have a baby brother which is only 1 yr old right now..,and everytime I go out with him everyone thinks his my son..,and I hate that..,I think its because of my large hips and size 28 waist..,my arms also grew fat and a little flabby..anyone can help me out there???specially in my situation I live here in japan and japanese girls are so thin and sexy.. but anyway im not japanese im half spanish and half filipina..,pls help me I really want to lose weight..,the last time I tried a hard exercise it was the billys boot camp I did it for one month and it was daily..,but then when I stopped I grew 3 kilograms more.. I hate what happened and at that time I really dont eat a lot I just ate apple,bread,milk and some vegies..,im really bothering..,

I lost about 40 pounds in a few months, (200 pounds to 159) me and my mother started this diet and we stuck to it. I went to the gym everyday for atleast 30-40 minutes. I did the 5 pound dunbells, I still do them. im doing 2 reps of 50 with those, you know where you hold your arm straight out with the dunbell in your hand, and bring it up like your trying to fly. I also use the 10 pounds for the normal bicep curls.. its really hard losing weight after you lost a lot, you have to push your game harder. now im on the bike everyday for 33 minutes while using 3 pound dunbells.. a lot of exercise is usually the key to losing weight, even parking as far as you can from a mall or a store helps out. walking is one of the best things you can do. I love going on 30min-1 hour walks on a cool night, and it really does help too. I stay away from fast food, butter, bread and sugar. veggies and lean, no skinned boneless chicken is what I’ve been living on. make sure to fill up on veggies though, I love broccoli. a nice piece of fish is very good for you to as long as its not breaded. everyone is different please love you for you drink about 2 liters of water a day it would help you lose weight and cut down fatty foods

You’re not fat. Japanese women are naturally skinny… They are built like that… Most women arent built for that (if they were that small they’d just look like bones or sick…). And I know its a cultural thing, but hips, and what not, are kinda sexy for both sides of your ethnicity… As for a size 28 being fat, that’s a lot smaller than the average in most of the world…
