losing my mind

I feel like I’m losing my mind I can;t think straight, can’t sleep, exterme mood swings help what should I do?

I know how you feel, I’ve read some of your previous posts (by chance I’m not stalking you:p) and I understand everything…this morning I got to sleep at 7am thinking about stupid sh!t that makes me insane! try to seclude yourself when you get overwhelmed with emotions of any kind (more often than not being around people can piss you off more or add more anxiety)…as far as sleeping goes, I know it’s cliche but try some mood music or something similar, make sure the room is DARK, pick a position where you’re “close to yourself” (not laying flat out etc) and just keep telling yourself to think of nothing and repeat to yourself that you’re okay even if you feel like you’re not…I’m not a psychiatrist but someone who has a lot of experience in these areas…

also, consult someone else (not your friends) before this, but antidepressants can work wonders, even if you don’t realize it right away…

I get the same way when I have to much on my mind and am depressed except I dont have mood swings but I can’t sleep and can’t think straight and usually I dont eat when I get like that. with everyone it is different it could be that you have lots on your mind stress or anything that is bugging you.. if not maybe there is something more wrong and you could go see a doctor.

don’t painic!! just try to relax (sorry to be patronising) maybe talk to one of your friends about what is winding you up so much, just to get it off your chest. :)
