How to lose weight fast and easy?

okay I’m tired of being overweight I try everything to lose weight and it seems noting helps I only eat fruit and veggies and a little meat here and there and I drink almost a gallon of water a day!! and I still am like 190 pounds! I don’t know what to do I exercise all the time but it seems nothing works! any suggestions…I want to lose it before sept. 1 I would like to be about 115 pounds and a size 2 compared to the size 10 I am now!!

Wow, eskimo do some research before giving bad advice…milk is very fattening…water is key in losing weight as well…

Okay for advice, if you think you’ve been doing everything you have suppose to be doing, then you might have a health condition that you want to address beforehand…try eating about 6x a day but not eating more than you usually do throughout the day. You COULD try going on a ‘fast’ which is where you eat nothing solid…just make sure you get all your vitamins that your body needs throughout the day. Fasting is the quickest way to lose weight and it is actually a healthy way to cleanse the body of toxins if you do it right.

If you don’t have the will do complete a fast or the schedule to eat 6x a day then I would still go see a doctor and a nutritionist…

uh…drinking all that water isn’t going to help, that just adds to your weights. try milk, instead, it’s suppose to be good for you and help you with your shape. but eating right won’t do mush if your not excersising, try hiring a personal trainer??

lol… I’d have to argue and say that milk helps to give you a lean body - that is if the milk is LOWFAT or FAT FREE!! If you exercise, eat right, and drink milk. Studies suggest the nutrients in 3 glasses of milk a day can help maintain a healthy weight. Plus the protein is what helps build muscle for a lean body =) But if you do believe that you’ve truly tried and done everything… and don’t get the results you want… I recommend talking to your doctor about it… they’ll know what to do!!
