How can I lose my belly fat without having a big diet/workout plan?

I weigh 117 pounds and I’m 5’4” but i have a lot of belly fat… and I’m not kidding. How can I get rid of it?

You would need what you are trying to avoid. A good diet of 5 small meals a day and at least an hour of exercise.

if you eat a can of tuna (or any other high protein, nocarb food) right before you sleep, not only will your hair and nails grow faster but it will eat away at the carbs you ate during the day (: also if u dont eat anything after 7 ( or about 3 hours before u go to sleep) it will prevent you from packing on the pounds (except the protein before bed of course) hope this helps. and if u coud check out my 2 most recent status updates and help me out id be appreciative (:

liposuction. Otherwise, get to work. Go on a big diet/workout plan and stick to it.

It’d be better if she ate the protein during the day. She wouldn’t eat as many carbs because she won’t be as hungry; she just had tuna. Also, tuna has no carbs, is high in protein, and low in fat. Chicken can do the same thing.

Belly fat is really hard to reduce once you get it. You had better consult some dietician and then follow the schedule strictly. It may take a few years to get the results.

well of course eating protein during the day is good. it gives you energy… however if u eat it before bed the unused carbs are unable to be stored as fat bc the protein eats it . so technically it would NOT be better.
